- *Investor experience required, in some cases up to 3 completed projects in the last 24 months
Line of Credit
- Term - 8-12 months, No-Payment or Interest Only 14 mths, 18 mths extension
- Loan Amt. - $75K to $3.5MM+
- FICO - 620+
- *Investor experience required, in some cases up to 3 completed projects in the last 24 months
