- LTV - Up to 95% of the purchase price + up to 100% of renovation costs; Not to exceed 75% of the ARV
- Property Types - Non-owner occupied 1-4 family residential, townhouses, condos
Multi-family (5+ Units)
- Term - 12 - 18 months
- Loan Amt. - $75K to $2MM+
- LTV - Up to 75% of the purchase price + up to 100% of renovation costs
- Property Types - Non-owner occupied 2-4 family residential
Stabilized Bridge Loans - No Rehab
1-4 Family
- Term - 12 months
- Loan Amt. - $75K to $2MM+
- LTV - Up to 75% AIV Purchase; Up to 70% AIV Refi; Up to 65% AIV Cash-Out
- Property Types - Non-owner occupied 1-4 family, condos, & townhomes
Multi-family (5+ Units)
- Term - 12-18 months
- Loan Amt. - $250K to $5MM+
- LTV - Up to 70% AIV Purchase; Up to 65% AIV Refi; Up to 55% AIV Cash-Out
- Property Types - Non-owner occupied 1-4 family residential
